You will work in a large production team, lead your employees at the assigned plants, in internal transport, and in machine setup, and report to the shift team leader.

• Production monitoring for assigned diverse filling and packaging plants, including disciplinary leadership responsibility
• Ensuring the timely availability of employees, material, and machines for production
• Ensuring the quality requirements of the finished products
• Participation in the continuous optimization of the plant
• Responsibility for the proper and safe operation of the plants under all operating conditions according to planned internal training
• Responsibility for proper shift handover and takeover
• Stand-in function to ensure optimal production flow
• Coordinating or independently resolving minor disruptions with limited impact, and informing supervisors and QA about larger disruptions
• Shared responsibility for safety, order, and cleanliness in the area of machines and plants, and monitoring the safety-conscious behavior of machine operators during operation
• Completed vocational training in a production environment (e.g., chemical technician, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or machine and plant operator) or several years of professional experience in a chemical production environment, ideally with initial coordinating experience
• Extensive professional experience in plant-related areas, preferably in chemical filling plants
• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and occupational safety
• Structured, forward-thinking, independent, and safety-oriented way of working, combined with pragmatism and entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Very good communication skills, empathy, and the ability to motivate and lead teams
• Willingness to work early, late, and night shifts, and if necessary, on weekends
• Willingness for intensive, planned, operational training and internal basic further training in machine technology and internal coordination and leadership
