IRBA Specialist

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced IRBA Specialist (m/f/d) for a project in the field of finance and risk management. The position is located in Wolfsburg and offers flexible remote work options (20% remote).

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the implementation and further development of system-supported credit risk monitoring in the regulatory environment according to CRR. Your activities include quality assurance and validation of existing rating models as well as rating systems and their processes. You will create, analyze, and interpret evaluations and reports in connection with IRBA rating systems and monitor adjustments within the assessment and rating processes.

Furthermore, you will provide relevant information and key figures for the management information system and participate in the optimization of existing control, reporting, and monitoring processes.

Requirements

You have a degree in economics, mathematics, finance, or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience in credit risk monitoring and in the regulatory risk environment are required. Practical experience with IRBA rating systems and regulatory valuation methods is a prerequisite. Sound knowledge of CRR and supervisory requirements is necessary. Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, teamwork, and communication skills complete your profile. Initiative and willingness for continuous process improvement are desired.
