Seeking a Tech Lead or Senior Fullstack Developer to guide the transformation of business ideas into Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and eventually finished products within an incubation framework. The role involves rapid prototyping, developing AI applications and agents, and ensuring technical quality and security.

Tech Lead or senior fullstack developer, rapid prototyping, developed and delivered AI agents, agility (short iterations, demos), direct relationship with POs
- Incubation system: rapidly transform business ideas and requests from Product Owners (POs) into MVPs, before potential deployment
- Hosted IT system, regulated banking/insurance environment
- Support POs in moving from specifications and prototypes to MVPs, then to finished products
- Develop AI applications and agents, prototype quickly
- Short iterations with weekly progress demos
- Tech Lead role: technical choices, code quality, prototype security
- Prepare for the industrialization of selected MVPs (CI/CD, containerization, handover to deployment teams)
