We are looking for a technical Tech Lead to work on a banking application scope combining an AWS platform, event-driven architecture, and a legacy environment (Oracle, DataStage).
The consultant will be responsible for managing the development team and promoting best practices in development, security, and delivery.
Main Missions
As part of this mission, you will be required to:
Technical Environment
Cloud AWS: AWS Lambda, IAM, API Gateway, S3, RDS (managed database), Athena, EKS
Architecture and Development: Kafka, Event-driven architecture, Microservices architecture, Python, Java, SQL
CI/CD and Infrastructure: GitLab, Terraform, Kubernetes
Legacy and Data Environment: Oracle, DataStage, Qlik Sense
Methodology and Tools: SAFe method, Jira, Confluence, PowerDesigner
Profile Sought
We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience as a Tech Lead, with proven experience in:
Important: We are not looking for a DevSecOps profile. However, the candidate must understand topics related to CI/CD, GitLab, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Act as the technical Tech Lead for the application scope.
- Manage and support the development team.
- Promote best practices in development, security, and delivery.
- Work on an AWS platform.
- Work on an event-driven architecture with Kafka and a microservices architecture.
- Be involved in Python and Java development.
- Consider the challenges related to CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Operate within an environment including a legacy Oracle and DataStage foundation.
- Managing a development team.
- Implementing and adhering to development best practices.
- Considering security in development and delivery.
- AWS environments.
- Event-driven architectures with Kafka and microservices.
- Python and Java development.
- Technical environments integrating Oracle and DataStage.
