Tech Lead Data

Project overview

Context: As part of the evolution of its Data Spider platform, the client is looking for a Tech Lead Data to carry the technical vision of the platform and ensure the quality, consistency, security, and robustness of the developed solutions.

The consultant will work in a complex Data environment, collaborating with Data teams, developers, architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business teams. They will also ensure the industrialization of processes and support developments around Data and artificial intelligence.

Main missions

• Define, challenge, and validate Data architecture and design choices.
• Ensure the technical consistency of the Spider platform components and their integration into the IS.
• Design robust, scalable, secure, and maintainable Data solutions.
• Oversee the design and industrialization of ETL/ELT pipelines with Dataiku and Snowflake.
• Ensure the application of data modeling principles, Data Mesh, and medallion architecture.
• Define and enforce development standards: code quality, testing, documentation, security, and performance.
• Organize code reviews and promote Git and CI/CD best practices.
• Identify and manage the reduction of technical debt.
• Support teams in resolving complex performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
• Participate in estimations, PI Planning, sprints, and Agile ceremonies.
• Anticipate technical risks and coordinate dependencies with different teams.
• Support initiatives around Graph Analytics, Knowledge Graph, GraphRAG, and generative AI.
