Project overview

PROPULSE IT is looking for a Tech Lead Fullstack Java Angular with over 10 years of experience.

Understand the technical and functional architecture

Participate in Daily Meetings, backlog estimation, and prioritization

Take charge of studies, design, and realization of the architecture, considering requirements and constraints

Estimate User Stories and participate in the product roadmap; participate in UX-DESIGN workshops

Take charge of User Stories

Develop prioritized features and technical improvements; code review; merge request; commit

Develop unit, functional, integration, and performance tests

Demonstrate developed features during iteration meetings

Write technical documentation

Code review, refactoring, optimization

Diagnose and analyze malfunctions, support third-party teams, to ensure the performance and high availability of the solution

Support and communication, share concepts, and training

Co-ensure (with the PPO and DL) overall cross-functional communication and facilitate exchanges between the PPO and developers; interact with project stakeholders (data flow providers and consumers, cross-functional IT teams such as: operations, supervision, integration, monitoring); participate in the DEV community

Deploy Releases and versions for various environments; Final Delivery; Go-Live (MeS); Project Post-Mortem (REX)

Maintain the operational condition (MCO) of the solution and products

Co-ensure (with the PPO and DL) communication with the Client until effective incident resolution; co-participation in incident Post-Mortem (REX)

Back-end development experience:

Front-End development experience:

Test development experience (unit, integration, robustness, reliability, performance (with real-time multithreading notions), mastery of unit and functional test frameworks (Junit, Cucumber))

Experience with a code implementation tool (e.g., IntelliJ), for breakpoint debugging, for code optimization/refactoring actions with main design patterns

Significant experience with data processing for real-time data production and consumption (e.g., Kafka)

Experience with RDBMS databases (PostgreSQL V14 min.), HIBERNATE, and mastery of SQL commands and schema/table design

Significant experience with the Apache WEB server (V2.4 min.)

Experience using and writing Shell scripts

Experience using and configuring monitoring tools and application performance measurement tools. Example: Graylog, Graphana/Prometheus

Functional Skills:

Experience in team management involving code review/merge requests within DEVTEAMS

Leadership experience within IT delivery teams, and strong integration capacity within a new team

Team management experience: Ability to manage a technical team, ensuring productivity and quality of deliverables.

Experience in Agile methodology (Scrum type) and ability to follow team processes (participation in Daily Meetings, demos, retrospectives, Sprint Planning, Grooming), to manage a multi-product backlog, to specify expected results and acceptance criteria for a ticket, to understand the value of AGILE to explain and convince

Systematic experience and ability to simplify complex concepts

Experience in implementing and maintaining (MCO) real-time solutions on complex systems

Experience and ability to consider the Business with a customer-centric approach

Autonomy, method, rigor, and good interpersonal skills.

This requires the ability to organize, anticipate, prioritize, and meet project deadlines, as well as analytical and advisory skills.

The consultant must show initiative while having the ability to identify difficulties and risks to report to the team.
