Our client is a large French group, a leader in its market. Its IT department develops internally the software that manages its field operations:
These tools are in production and used daily by several hundred users. Their performance has a direct impact on the field: when they slow down, interventions cannot be carried out. It is in this context that the Go team is looking for its technical referent.
