Seeking a Tech Lead with Java and Angular expertise to manage and mentor a development team on strategic projects in Paris.
Project overview
You will act as a Tech Lead Java / Angular to manage and mentor strategic projects within a demanding environment, on-site in Paris.
Role and missions:
- Take charge of the technical coordination of a development team.
- Participate in the design and architecture of robust applications in Java and Angular, ensuring the quality and technical consistency of deliverables.
- Guarantee the implementation of best practices (tests, code reviews, documentation).
- Support the skill development of junior developers and participate in the integration of new technologies into projects.
