Project overview

Summary: The primary role of the Tech Lead Workday HR is to oversee the platform strategy, integrations, delivery, and reliability of Workday modules. This position establishes a link between technical governance and HR, business, and outsourced development teams.

• Manage the Workday platform strategy across five key modules: HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruitment, and Time Tracking.
• Design and implement integration architecture.
• Ensure operational excellence and update management.
• Resolve incidents and manage documentation.
• Oversee security, governance, and technical supervision of the outsourced team.
• Significant experience in Workday integration.
• Expertise in production and update management.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English.
• Certification or experience in payroll, finance, identity, ITIL, Agile, or DevOps.
