Project overview

Municipality of Beesel is looking for a professional who will be responsible for the structural and technical guidance of the New Construction Community Center "De Schakel" project.

The assignment focuses on supporting the municipality in the preparation, tendering, execution, and handover of the new construction and temporary housing.

The contractor will act as a technical advisor and project supporter on behalf of the municipality.

• Advising on technical and structural issues within the "De Schakel" project.
• Supporting the selection and management of installers, structural engineers, contractors, and other specialist parties.
• Monitoring the schedule, quality, risks, and progress of the work.
• Reviewing designs, technical documents, and proposals from external parties.
• Guiding the execution and supervising the handover.
• Coordinating with the project team, users, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrable knowledge of structural and installation engineering issues within utility construction or social real estate.
• Experience with the preparation, tendering, execution, and handover of new construction projects.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including the Building Decree/Bbl, environmental law, and tendering procedures.
• Experience in reviewing designs, specifications, technical reports, and proposals from external parties.
• Experience in managing and collaborating with contractors, advisors, installers, structural engineers, and other specialist parties.
• Demonstrable experience with project-based work and monitoring schedules, quality, risks, and budgets.
• Good communication skills and experience in advising project teams, management, users, and other stakeholders.
