Technical Analyst for Portfolio Management System

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Analyst to support and further develop an established portfolio management system in a banking environment. You will be part of a team responsible for technical infrastructure and software development.

Your tasks include analyzing and implementing new requirements, creating technical concepts, and coordinating them with the software manufacturer. You will carry out quality assurance measures, including comprehensive testing and bug analysis. Furthermore, you will create authorization concepts, conduct developer and integration tests, and support incident, problem, and defect management. Documenting technical processes and installation instructions is also part of your responsibilities.

We expect very good knowledge of the portfolio management system as well as sound experience with Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL. Experience with J2EE application servers such as JBoss or Tomcat is required. You should be proficient in handling Windows and Linux environments and have experience in technical application support within the financial sector.

Good knowledge of requirements engineering, technical testing, and test management is necessary. An agile working method, particularly with Scrum and Kanban, is assumed.

The position is designed as a 100% freelancer engagement and will be executed fully remotely. The project duration is 24 months with immediate availability and 100% utilization.
