Function

We are looking for a Technical Analyst to strengthen the team. You will work in a cross-functional team responsible for over 10 applications, all developed for our brokers.

You will work on backend-related topics within our transformation and migration roadmap. You will help develop the solution definition to arrive at a qualitative end-to-end IT solution that offers an excellent user experience to brokers and partners.

• Perform technical analyses based on functional requirements and architectural guidelines
• Prepare and document technical designs, service mappings, and implementation choices
• Analyze and document existing backend solutions and integrations to support transformation and migration initiatives
• Act as a technical point of contact for assigned initiatives and ensure alignment between business requirements, architecture, and implementation
• Support developers by providing clear instructions and clarifying technical questions during implementation
• Analyze and help resolve incidents and reported issues to ensure application availability for end-users
• Monitor and support the application domain to ensure business reliability and continuity
• Define technical validation criteria and provide guidelines for unit testing to ensure the quality and maintainability of the solution
• Contribute to projects and changes within the agreed scope, timing, and quality expectations
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Follow technological evolutions and apply existing technical patterns and standards
• Technical Analyst with a strong technical background
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent through experience
• You can bridge the gap between analysis, architecture, and development
• You possess strong analytical skills and work accurately
• You are structured, results-oriented, and can plan your work carefully

• You communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders

• You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to learn existing and new technologies
• Experience with technical analysis and technical documentation within a structured IT environment
• Good knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, REST, and JSON
• Knowledge of web services, APIs, and integration patterns
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft .NET, C#, SQL Server, and T-SQL is a plus
• Experience with an Agile way of working and Azure DevOps
• Experience with service design, mapping, interface analysis, or application integration is a strong plus
• Experience with Confluence, Azure DevOps, Enterprise Architect, XML tools, or SOAP/REST testing tools is a plus
• Experience with maintaining existing applications and supporting third-line incidents is a plus
• Experience within large corporate environments is an asset, as well as insight into structured processes and complex decision-making structures
• Relevant experience with AI and the ability to efficiently use AI to reverse-engineer existing code modules, support technical analyses, and apply AI best practices in a reliable and responsible manner

• AZ-900 certificate or willingness to obtain this certificate
• Knowledge of insurance is a plus in performing the function
