Within the Information System Architecture department, we are looking for a Technical Infrastructure Architect – Platforms & Transformation. Positioned at the heart of a major project for evolving infrastructure services, your role will be crucial and strategic: you will be the guarantor of technical architecture deliverables and the driving force behind building a new hosting platform dedicated to NIM activities for a large banking group.

Your Future Environment

You will work in Île-de-France (IDF), within an organization dedicated to large-scale banking IT infrastructures. In direct contact with specialized technical experts (compute systems, storage, network, databases, middleware, Microsoft M365) and governance bodies, you will be the key contact for designing, validating, and evolving complex and secure architectures. You will work in a dynamic environment that fosters innovation, peer sharing, and the constant pursuit of operational excellence.

Your Key Missions

Architecture Design & Project Management (RUN & MANAGEMENT Mode):

Governance, Alignment & Continuous Improvement (PROCESS & CONSULTING Mode):

• Support architecture definition: Lead the technical design of the hosting platform dedicated to NIM activities and structure target technological choices.
• Ensure deliverable quality: Develop and validate architecture documents in close collaboration with the referent experts from various domains (On-Premises Compute, Storage, Network, Databases, Middleware, Microsoft M365).
• Presentation & Governance: Present, defend, and get architecture documents validated by the Architecture and Security Committee.
• Facilitate the Architecture Community: Actively participate in peer reviews, share feedback, and disseminate best engineering practices.
• Ensure strategic alignment: Evaluate and identify impacts on existing processes and ensure compliance with company and group standards.
• Proactivity & Innovation: Be proactive in proposing improvements to architectural operating methods to engage in continuous improvement.

• Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering School or Master's degree (M2) in IT / Information Systems.
• Experience: You have solid and confirmed experience of 5 to 8 years in a Technical Infrastructure Architect or Lead Infra Tech role, ideally gained in the banking sector or within demanding large corporations.
• Imperative Technical & Business Skills:
• Solid mastery of enterprise infrastructure architectures: On-Premises Compute, Storage, Network, Databases, and Middleware.
• In-depth knowledge of collaborative and Hybrid Cloud environments (Microsoft M365).
• Proven experience in writing and presenting Technical and Security Architecture documents.
• Mastery of alignment processes with IT standards and banking security regulations.
• Soft Skills & Posture:
• Systemic analytical skills, synthesis ability, and methodological rigor.
• Interpersonal skills, pedagogical approach, and technical leadership to lead expert groups and persuade committees.
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and possessing a global vision of IS transformation challenges.
• Conviction & Pedagogy: Ability to simplify complex infrastructure topics to unite experts, decision-makers, and security committees.
