*Technical Architect - 6 Month Contract Role - Remote (EU)*

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a contract opportunity for a Technical Architect to join a new project! The initial contract will be 6 months, with long-term scope.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be fully remote.

About role:

will take end-to-end ownership of full-stack solutions, combining solution architecture with hands-on development and technical leadership. The role involves working directly with business stakeholders to understand and refine requirements, designing solutions across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, authentication, cloud infrastructure and deployment, while remaining actively involved in coding and delivery.

You need strong hands-on experience with React or Angular, AWS (particularly Amplify, Lambda and API Gateway), Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), REST APIs, integrations and SSO/authentication. You will also lead technical delivery by guiding developers, conducting design and code reviews, resolving technical challenges and making key architectural decisions, taking solutions from initial whiteboarding through development, deployment and production support.

• 5+ years experience as technical architect/lead
• Strong hands-on full-stack development experience
• Experience with React or Angular
• Experience with AWS, specifically Amplify, Lambda and API Gateway
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas Apps AND Model-Driven Apps
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Experience with Authentication / SSO
• Experience leading end-to-end solution architecture and ownership
• Strong stakeholder/business-facing experience
• Strong technical and non-technical communication skills with English
