One of the clients of the Judicial ICT Organization recently switched from the on-premise Skype for Business server environment that served as a telephony solution to Teams Phone. A follow-up process has been started to implement a call center package and to convert the client's regional phone numbers to a 088 number block. The Judicial ICT Organization has started a project for this and is looking for a Unified Communications specialist who can guide this transition.

In addition, the Judicial ICT Organization has started a project that involves building an on-premises video bridge to create a sovereign solution for video conferencing. This video bridge will be expanded with links to well-known Cloud environments. Furthermore, the Judicial ICT Organization wants to anticipate the delivery of functionalities that are currently procured from the Cloud.

The assignment consists of two interconnected projects. The contractor is asked to independently ensure the realization of the results described below based on his/her specific expertise and experience. The client determines the desired results, functional starting points, and constraints. The contractor is solely responsible for how the results are achieved and determines, within the agreed constraints, the necessary approach, methodology, and activities.

The client regularly requests feedback on the results by setting up a steering group.
