Project overview
Technical BA/Architect - Central Government - £550 - £700 a day - Outside IR35 - London/Hybrid - 6 month initial contract - Active SC Clearance
We are looking for a experienced Technical BA/Architect who can bring relevant architecture/analysis capability within a policy environment.
Technical scoping: break broad policy or case questions into answerable technical questions, identify evidence needed and define proportionate analytical approaches.
Evidence gathering: draft and review technical questions for RFIs, calls, hearings and stakeholder engagement identify gaps, inconsistencies and follow-up questions.
Technical analysis: review product documentation, architecture material, submissions and stakeholder evidence assess how technologies operate in practice and where claims require further testing.
Intervention design: assess technical feasibility, effectiveness, implementation dependencies, safeguards and potential routes to circumvention.
Drafting: prepare clear technical sections for internal papers, consultation documents, conduct requirements, briefings and senior decision-making material.
Stakeholder engagement: support meetings with designated firms, developers, customers, competitors, technical experts and other authorities.
Assurance and review: provide proportionate peer review of technical analysis and help ensure important caveats survive multidisciplinary drafting and clearance.
