Responsibilities

What we are looking for

• Call existing clients and partners to share project updates and follow up on open items
• Keep regular contact with the people you work with
• Explain basic web and technical topics in a clear and simple way
• Schedule calls and meetings between clients and our development team
• Keep accurate notes of each call in our tracking system
• Work closely with our team to complete daily tasks
• Stay professional and friendly on every call
• Basic knowledge of software development, web development, or IT
• Clear and confident spoken English
• Good communication and people skills
• Comfortable making and taking phone calls
• Able to understand and talk about technical topics
• Reliable, organized, and able to work on your own

You do not need to be a senior developer. A basic understanding of software, websites, and IT is enough. What matters most is clear spoken English and feeling comfortable on the phone.
