👜 Status: Freelance or payroll management (company referenced in the PEPS union)

• Take charge of complex and critical incidents on Microsoft Cloud environments
• Carry out in-depth investigations and detailed reproduction of incidents
• Produce technical analysis reports associated with client files
• Ensure interface with operations teams (OPS)
• Manage escalations with Microsoft CSS support when necessary
• Analyze incident trends and recurrences to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure monitoring of service quality and proper functioning of production environments
• Critically review production operations and propose improvement actions
• Guarantee the quality and relevance of the Knowledge Base
• Write and maintain technical procedures, documentation, and operational guides
• Manage and maintain incident reproduction environments
• Provide technical leadership to support and operations teams
• Participate in activity monitoring and employee support
• Organize and ensure skills transfer
• Actively contribute to team upskilling
• Act as a mentor and technical referent for support engineers
• Excellent mastery of Microsoft Azure
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint Online
• Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Microsoft Intune
• Microsoft 365 Security
• Diagnosis and resolution of complex incidents
