Project overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to support the deployment, testing, and launch of advanced autonomous robotic systems within a large-scale industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Required Skills & Experience
- Lead and coordinate onsite engineering teams during deployment and testing activities
- Support the implementation and launch of autonomous robotic systems
- Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex technical issues
- Coordinate hardware, firmware, and system updates
- Oversee testing activities, technical reporting, and system readiness
- Act as the primary interface between engineering, operations, and project stakeholders
- Support preventive maintenance and continuous process improvements
- Proven experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or similar technical leadership role
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Robotics and/or Autonomous Systems
- Strong background in industrial automation, mechatronics, robotics, or complex electromechanical systems
- Experience with deployment, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of technical systems
- Ability to coordinate technical teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience with hardware and firmware deployments
- Background in manufacturing, intralogistics, or automated production environments
- Experience supporting large-scale technology launch projects
- 100% onsite role within a highly automated industrial environment
- Hands-on position with direct involvement in deployment, testing, and operational support
