Implementation planning for plumbing and ventilation systems for a school project, including creating a renovation concept for drinking water supply.
Project overview
+ Implementation planning for the plumbing and ventilation trades for a school project. (Goal: Implementation planning with a functional bill of quantities)
+ Creation of a renovation concept for drinking water supply. (Goal: Preliminary planning, planning, service description)
+ Development of technical specifications and solution approaches.
+ If necessary, transfer sketches and notes to existing PDF documents.
+ -> No independent CAD construction or graphic plan creation required.
Requirements
+ 5-10 years of experience in the planning and design of MEP - trades: Plumbing & Ventilation
+ Experience in the area of school buildings absolutely desirable, (min. experience with public clients)
+ German at C1 level
