Seeking a Technical Project Lead to manage the implementation of the EU AI Act and establish a group-wide AI Governance framework. The role involves gap analysis, policy development, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

- Technical leadership of the EU AI Act implementation project and management of all relevant activities
- Conduct a gap analysis between existing regulations and the requirements of the EU AI Act
- Establish a group-wide AI governance with clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes
- Revise and further develop AI guidelines and governance specifications
- Define and implement risk, audit, approval, control, and monitoring processes
- Design and set up an AI register including risk classification and audit-proof documentation
- Coordinate with Compliance, Data Protection, Legal, Information Security, IT, and Business Departments
- Moderate workshops and lead relevant stakeholders up to management and board level
- Create an actionable target vision for the future operation of AI governance
- Develop training and awareness measures, including knowledge transfer within the organization
- Prepare decision-making bases for future regular operation (internal, hybrid, or external)
- Hands-on development of concepts and content, not just project management and moderation
