Project overview

Scope of Services

• Independent management and coordination of development projects in the area of pitch bearings and associated drive systems
• Support of the entire product development process from requirements definition through the design and development phase to factory and field tests as well as series transfer
• Close coordination with suppliers, development partners, and internal departments in the turbine development environment
• Planning, structuring, and tracking of project activities, including the technical verification of complex electromechanical systems
• Continuous monitoring of project progress, deadlines, risks, and technical challenges, as well as initiation of appropriate countermeasures
• Creation and maintenance of project-relevant documentation, technical reports, status reports, and final evaluations
• Collaboration with international engineering teams in the conception, further development, and optimization of drive systems

• Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field of study
• Sound experience in the design, monitoring, and measurement analysis of pitch bearings and associated drive systems, ideally in the wind energy sector
• Very good knowledge in the development, design, and verification of drive components and drive systems
• Practical experience in technical project execution as well as in handling common project management methods and tools
• Strong communication skills as well as confident presentation and representation of technical results to various stakeholders
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working in international project environments
• Very good English skills, spoken and written; further foreign language skills are an advantage
• Start: short notice
• Utilization: Full-time 40h/week
• Duration: 1 year, subsequent contract possible
• Location: Rostock (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern), partial remote work possible
• Billing rate: 80-90 €/h
