Lead technical projects for maintenance, modernization, and renewal measures in the field of BMS, building, and room automation. Develop and coordinate technical measures, prepare tenders, and manage project execution.
Project overview
+ Technical project management for maintenance, modernization, and renewal measures in the field of BMS, building, and room automation
+ Development and coordination of necessary technical measures with internal stakeholders
+ Compilation of technical information, variants, and key figures as a basis for decisions
+ Creation of tenders and participation in the awarding of planning and assembly services
+ Assumption of main or partial project management for technical measures
+ Creation and monitoring of schedule and payment plans
+ Project controlling, budget planning, and budget monitoring
+ Proper project documentation and structured reporting
+ Control and monitoring of technical implementation regarding deadlines, quality, and function
+ Support of technical commissioning
+ Cross-trade coordination and preparation of internal and official acceptances
Requirements
+ Several years of experience in planning and managing BMS projects
+ Knowledge of BMS technology for building services equipment
+ Experience in building and room automation
+ Practical experience in building services equipment / HVAC
+ Knowledge of LON and KNX
+ Project management skills
+ German C2
