Framework Conditions

For a demanding technological project, we are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for the planning, control, and successful implementation of complex technology and development projects. The freelancer will coordinate interdisciplinary teams and act as the central point of contact between technical departments, project participants, and external partners.

• Start: January 2027
• Utilization: Full-time
• Remote Share: 90%, Onsite approx. 10%, occasional assignments in Bonn, Munich, or Berlin
• Duration: 6 months + extension option

Responsibilities

• Independent management and control of complex technical projects
• Coordination and technical management of interdisciplinary development and project teams
• Responsibility for schedule planning, budget control, and quality objectives
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Identification, assessment, and management of technical project risks
• Ensuring structured project communication and transparent reporting
• Support in evaluating technical solution approaches and escalations

• Several years of experience in managing complex technical projects
• Sound technical understanding in the software, IoT, or infrastructure environment
• Experience with classic and agile project management methods
• Knowledge of risk, quality, and escalation management
• Experience in managing interdisciplinary project teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Valid security clearance SÜ2 required
