Job description
As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the deployment of a document and application management solution for business file storage and sharing, acting as the central point of contact for both project management and operational aspects.
Project overview
As a Technical Project Manager / Technical-Functional, you will be responsible for deploying a document and application management solution dedicated to the storage and sharing of business files. You will act as the central point of contact for the application, covering both project steering and operational functioning.
You will coordinate business, IT, security, and legal stakeholders to frame the solution, define document governance, and organize deployment waves in France and then internationally. You will manage the schedule, risks, deliverables, and reporting, while leading project committees.
You will also provide application support, monitor assistance requests, incidents, and evolutions, by supervising an Application Maintenance in Outsourcing (TMA) team of 4 people. The position also involves change management to ensure adoption by 10,000 to 15,000 users.

Profile sought
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management or technical-functional roles
Experience with collaborative tools, EDM or DAM: Dropbox, SharePoint, Box, Google Drive [suggestion]
Good understanding of document governance, access rights, and GDPR requirements
Experience in cross-functional coordination in an international environment
