Technical Project Pilot / Technical Project Manager

Project overview

As part of strengthening its IT teams, we are looking for a Technical Project Pilot with good knowledge of IT architectures and environments.

The objective of the mission is to ensure the management of technical projects, from the definition of solutions to their production, while guaranteeing the coherence of architectural choices with the existing information system, as well as the exploitability and security of the implemented solutions.

The consultant will act both as a technical architecture referent and as a project pilot. They will be in close contact with production teams, technical experts, SSI (Information Security) teams, and various internal and external stakeholders. A good understanding of IT infrastructures, On-Premise and Cloud environments, as well as production challenges is expected.

• participating in projects by bringing your expertise and recommendations in technical architecture;
• ensuring the coherence of technical choices with the existing architecture and ensuring the exploitability of the chosen solutions;
• contributing to the security of solutions and their regulatory compliance, in conjunction with SSI teams;
• representing the Production teams within projects and ensuring their proper involvement;
• defining and planning the technical activities necessary for project execution;
• organizing, planning, and coordinating internal and external resources involved;
• ensuring compliance with budgets, schedules, and defined objectives;
• managing project governance, organizing committees, and ensuring follow-up of decisions;
• identifying risks, anticipating deadlines, and implementing necessary corrective actions;
• ensuring the production and quality of technical and operational documentation (DAT, DEX, DINS);
• organizing the transfer of solutions to support teams (handover to support);
• coordinating, where applicable, deployment phases with support and assistance teams;
• producing project governance and monitoring materials: project plans, flash reports, dashboards, and committee materials;
• ensuring regular communication with stakeholders and management on project progress.

• have significant experience in managing IT technical projects;
• possess good knowledge of technical architectures and IT infrastructures;
• master On-Premise and Cloud environments, as well as multi-tier architectures;
• have a good understanding of the challenges related to IT production, exploitability, and IS security;
• are capable of analyzing technical issues and contributing to the co-construction of adapted solutions;
• have experience in coordinating and managing technical experts and internal/external resources;
• master planning, budget tracking, deadline management, and project risk management;
• are comfortable with producing reports, dashboards, and facilitating governance bodies;
• know how to anticipate deadlines, meet commitments, and alert on potential blocking points;
• possess good analytical and synthesis skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication;
• are rigorous, methodical, autonomous, involved, and proactive.
