Technical Support and Infrastructure Specialist

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced technician to support our infrastructure department. In this role, you will be the central technical contact for all hardware and software configurations as well as project-related requirements.

• Technical support in the area of software and hardware (PC resets, cabling, system configurations)
• Definition and documentation of interfaces between software and hardware using tools such as AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Confluence, and Jira
• Planning and tracking of implementations and changes to the hardware-software interface
• Configuration management in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Technical coordination between development, standardization, certification, and testing departments
• Recovery support for time-critical issues in the automation framework
• Development and adaptation of test routines as needed
• Completed degree as an engineer in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
• Strong technical skills in electronics and mechanics
• Systematic, logical, and structured way of working
• Very good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• High flexibility and willingness to travel (short-term assignments possible, overtime up to 20% as needed)
