Innovative startup HELFERLINE GmbH is seeking tech-savvy individuals to assist private customers with everyday technical problems at their homes.
Project overview
We, HELFERLINE GmbH, are an innovative start-up and are looking for smart helpers who can support private individuals with everyday technical problems. With our HELFERLINE app, you can easily retrieve and accept orders. The assignments always take place at the customers' homes. Therefore, these are not remote assignments.
Responsibilities
You will support our customers in solving everyday technical problems in a wide variety of areas. At the same time, exciting assignments from collaborations with renowned partners such as Starlink, O₂, ASUS, Amazon, and other companies await you. As part of the application process, you can qualify for one or more specialist areas and then take on suitable assignments.
Qualification
- Technical understanding and interest in digital devices
- Knowledge of how to use PC, internet, smartphone, and home network
- Friendly and service-oriented communication
- Reliable and independent way of working
- No specific training required
