Scope of Services

• Coordination and management of technical trades in HVAC, electrical engineering, MSR, and building automation
• Tracking of deadlines, measures, defects, and technical decisions within ongoing construction projects
• Identification, assessment, and escalation of technical risks
• Support with technical questions and cross-trade coordination
• Coordination between facility management, project stakeholders, and executing companies, considering operational requirements
• Planning of commissioning, functional tests, acceptances, and operator handovers
• Ensuring the completeness of technical documentation, maintenance records, and proofs
• Participation in reporting, audit, and compliance requirements, as well as tracking technical measures

• Completed degree in building services, building, or electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, further training as a master craftsman or technician with corresponding professional experience
• Several years of experience in technical project execution, building services construction management, site supervision, or client representation
• Expertise in complex renovation, refurbishment, or existing building projects during ongoing operations
• Sound knowledge of HVAC, electrical engineering, MSR technology, building automation, and commissioning processes
• Practical experience with defect management, technical documentation, and operator requirements
• Knowledge of the interfaces between planning, execution, and operation
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
