Responsibilities

Profile

• Independent technical and administrative project consulting: Advising project management and participating in planning and construction meetings to support with technical and organizational issues
• Responsible organization and moderation: Planning, conducting, and moderating project meetings, workshops, and coordination meetings with all project participants
• Independent project management and quality assurance: Application of suitable methods, especially agile working methods, for controlling project performance and ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards
• Independent coordination and communication: Structuring project services, coordination with clients and stakeholders, as well as organizing information and document flow, including review cycles and follow-up of open points
• Independent risk analysis and measure development: Identification and evaluation of project risks based on audit results, development of action options for achieving goals and reducing risks, as well as monitoring implementation
• Independent final documentation and handover: Creation of project status and final reports, coordination of revision documents, and handover to the plant operators in accordance with the standards of DB InfraGO AG
• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering
• Sound professional experience in the railway environment, ideally in large projects
• Understanding of complex interrelationships and structured working
