Technical Analyst for SAP Integration

Project overview

For a banking project, we are looking for an experienced Technical Analyst to support the integration of a new core banking system with a Pega application for KYC processes.

Your tasks include analyzing existing interfaces and data structures, determining data requirements in coordination with business departments and development, and creating interface specifications and data mappings. You will model data flows and integration processes, consider the impact of system migrations, and translate results into user stories and acceptance criteria. You will also moderate coordination meetings and workshops.

We expect at least 5 years of experience in technical analysis of IT projects, proven knowledge in interface analysis and data mapping, and technical understanding of integration architectures and interface technologies (REST APIs, JSON/XML). Experience with modeling methods (UML, BPMN), agile software development (Scrum), and the banking environment are required. Knowledge of SAP data structures and Pega are advantageous. You have strong analytical skills, work in a structured and self-responsible manner, have an agile mindset, and excellent communication and moderation skills.

Fluent German and good English skills are necessary. Understanding of data protection and compliance requirements in the banking sector is assumed.

The project is planned for 30 days with an option for extension. The activity is predominantly remote with occasional on-site appointments possible.
