Project Manager SAP Customer Portal

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and further develop a customer portal within the SAP environment. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and optimizing portal functionalities for end customers and will significantly contribute to improving customer interaction.

Your tasks include project planning, coordination of development and implementation phases, and ensuring timely and high-quality execution. You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and technical experts to optimally implement end-user requirements.

For this position, you bring extensive experience as a Project Manager in the SAP environment, particularly in the utility sector (water, electricity, energy, networks). You have in-depth knowledge of SAP IS-U and SAP S/4HANA Utilities, as well as practical experience with customer portal projects. Ideally, you have already worked with municipal utilities and understand their specific requirements and processes.

We expect a structured way of working, strong communication skills, and the ability to successfully manage complex projects. Your experience in requirements analysis, change management, and stakeholder communication is of great advantage.

The project is planned for 12 months and offers the opportunity to help shape a future-oriented customer portal and drive digital transformation in the utility sector.
