Technical plant supervisor needed for an automotive assembly line, focusing on setup, maintenance, and team coordination.
Responsibilities
Your Qualifications
- Technical support of an assembly line for automotive components
- Support during ramp-up and stable operation of the plant
- Carrying out minor repair and maintenance work
- Identifying and implementing potential for improvement
- Recording, capturing, and evaluating relevant production key figures
- Creation of small reports and documentation
- Support with organizational and personnel decisions within production
- Supervision and coordination of employees in the production environment
- Basic technical or mechanical training
- Technical background in automotive or industrial production
- Knowledge of mechatronics, electrical engineering, or electromechanics advantageous
- Experience with electronic and plastic-based components advantageous
- Experience in supervising or coordinating teams, for example as a foreman or shift leader
- Very good German language skills
- English skills at least at B2 level
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and on Saturdays if required
