For our client in the public sector, we are currently looking for a Technical Consultant / Network Administrator in a Cisco environment.

Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and administration of Cisco routers, switches, and WLAN components
• Management and configuration of VLANs and network segmentation
• Planning and execution of network rollouts
• Analysis and resolution of network faults (troubleshooting)
• Participation in network and packet analysis using sniffer tools
• Contribution to the implementation of network security concepts
• Creation and maintenance of technical network documentation
• 2nd level support for network administrators, including manufacturer support
• Cisco network components and network infrastructure
• TCP/IP, routing, and switching
• VLAN management and network segmentation
• Firewalling and network security
• Network diagnostics, measurement, and sniffer tools
• Network administration, troubleshooting, and technical support

Goal:

The goal of the project is to ensure stable, secure, and high-performance network operations through professional administration of the Cisco network infrastructure, structured management of VLANs, timely resolution of technical faults, and continuous improvement of network documentation and operational processes.
