Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support project leadership in planning, controlling, and implementing large technical projects
• Creation and maintenance of schedule, process, and resource plans
• Coordination of technical planning, production processes, and material flows
• Planning and control of personnel, operating equipment, and maintenance resources
• Coordination of technical interfaces and external service providers
• Monitoring project progress and performing actual-to-plan comparisons
• Project controlling, status reporting, and tracking of measures
• Identification and evaluation of risks, bottlenecks, and schedule deviations
• Creation of decision-making bases and management reports
• Support in procurement, tendering, and awarding processes
• Operational project support and on-site coordination

• Completed technical vocational training with further education as a technician or master craftsman, technical degree, or comparable qualification
• Experience in technical project management and project control
• Experience in project planning, project controlling, and resource management
• Experience in status reporting and actual-to-plan analyses
• Technical understanding of production, plant, and work processes
• Experience in coordinating various project stakeholders and external companies
• Organizational talent and strong communication skills
• Confident use of MS Office
• Approval according to § 25 StrlSchG
• Very good German language skills
• Experience in large component, plant construction, dismantling, or industrial projects
• Experience in production and material flow control
• Knowledge of procurement and awarding processes
• Experience in controlling technical projects on-site
• Experience in coordinating maintenance and repair measures
