Technical System Planner - Residential Properties

Project overview

For a client in the housing industry, a Technical System Planner is sought.

Responsibilities

• Creation and editing of technical CAD plans for modernization, new construction, and energy carrier change projects in existing residential properties
• Preparation and updating of existing, execution, and approval plans
• Conducting on-site surveys to prepare for further planning steps
• Documentation and maintenance of planning statuses and project-relevant data
• Ensuring timely provision of required planning documents
• Close coordination with internal project managers and departments for supply and electrical engineering
• Coordination and technical exchange with external specialist engineers and other project participants
• Support in the further development and introduction of BIM-based planning processes
• Consideration of climate and corporate goals in technical planning

Working Hours: 38 hours per week

Work Model: Flexible working hours and mobile working possible

Work Model: 6 months, with a possibility of permanent employment

• Completed vocational training as a Technical System Planner
• Confident use of the CAD software Plancal Nova
• Initial knowledge or practical experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an advantage
• Good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Technical understanding and a structured, independent way of working
• Strong team and communication skills
• Assertiveness and confident demeanor towards internal and external contacts
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of service orientation
