We are looking for a Template Developer with expertise in Doxee, XML, and XSL to create, adapt, and maintain templates for various communication channels. The role involves integrating structured XML data, implementing dynamic content, and collaborating with business departments and project teams.

- Development, adaptation, and maintenance of XSL-based templates within the Doxee platform
- Creation of templates for responsive HTML emails, PDF documents, print production, and SMS communication
- Development of modular and reusable template components
- Implementation of business requirements and corporate design specifications
- Integration and processing of structured XML data sources
- Conception and implementation of dynamic content, variable logic, and conditional output rules
- Coordination with business departments, business analysts, and project members on template structures and implementation specifications
- Participation in the design and further development of data structures
- Execution of developer tests, error analysis, and quality assurance measures
- Integration and deployment of templates via standardized deployment processes (development, test, production)
- Creation of technical documentation on template structures, placeholders, dependencies, and processing logic
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in software development, template development, or output management
- Sound practical experience in creating and maintaining data-driven document and communication templates
- Good knowledge of XML and XSL-based technologies
- Experience with processing and integrating structured XML data sources
- Experience in developing modular and reusable template building blocks
- Knowledge in creating HTML emails, PDF, or print documents
- Experience with dynamic content, variable logic, and conditional output rules
- Experience in implementing business requirements and corporate design specifications
- Experience with developer tests, error analysis, and quality assurance
- Knowledge of standardized deployment and release processes
- Ability to independently coordinate with business departments and technical project teams
- Experience in technical documentation of templates and data structures
- Practical experience with the Doxee platform
- Experience with comparable output management systems such as Infinica, DOPiX, M/Text, or OpenText
- In-depth knowledge of XSLT, XSL-FO, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with multi-channel output management platforms
- Experience in the energy industry or with energy supply companies
- Experience with automated document creation and mass printing
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, or comparable deployment tools
- Experience in agile project environments
