• Test automation for core processes: Development and maintenance of automated tests for proprietary web applications that map central business processes (customer and order management, invoicing, tour planning, dispatch).
• Evaluation & Implementation: Close coordination with the manual QA team to identify automatable test cases and transfer them into a stable, maintainable code base.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Independent analysis of failed or unstable tests (flaky tests) including root cause analysis to ensure reliable test suites.
• CI/CD Integration: Seamless integration of automated tests into existing development and release processes. Continuous optimization of test coverage, performance (runtime), and stability.
• Process optimization & Innovation: Automation of recurring QA tasks via interfaces, scripts, and AI-supported workflows. Proactive introduction of best practices for methodical improvement of processes.
• Collaboration: Project-based, agile collaboration with developers and stakeholders for active co-design and modernization of the QA architecture.
