Support the internal IT and digitalization unit in the Customer Experience (CX) area. The department advises and supports internal partners from various business fields in the strategic development of digital products for customer experience at the interface of user needs and business requirements. Holistic solutions for travelers and end-users are conceived, developed, and operated (e.g., in the context of travel information).

Skills

• Writing clean, efficient, and fully documented code using appropriate software development practices and standards
• Developing software applications that meet the client's requirements
• Participating in the planning, design, and implementation of software projects
• Testing and debugging software applications to ensure they meet specified quality standards
• Cooperating with project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure timely and successful completion of projects according to specifications
• Participating in relevant technical meetings and providing regular updates to project managers and other project team members
• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other developers
• Setting up development environments, including Continuous Integration
• Performing code reviews, component tests, module tests, module group tests
• Preparing decision papers on technical topics and developing decision proposals
• Presentations on technically complex issues
• Reporting risks and problems to technical architects and project management
• Handling data and API services for travel information

• Software Development: Experience with TypeScript

• Experience with work organization: Project and task tracking with Jira Software or Confluence

• Communication Know-How: Experience communicating with stakeholders or interface partners
• Software Development: Practical experience with GitLab Pipelines, including understanding setup, functionality, and basic troubleshooting in the software development process
