Our client, a large French retail bank, is transforming its testing practices and tools. Within the team supporting the IT department on testing approaches, you will be the automation referent for several squads, in a scaled agile and CI/CD environment.

Methodological Skills (Advanced Level)

• Provide technical support to automation engineers, QAs, tech leads, and developers
• Participate in retrospectives and continuous improvement plans
• Lead communities of practice around automation
• Ensure technological watch on market tools, frameworks, and trends
• Identify and experiment with innovative solutions
• Create and evolve automation service offerings adapted to the needs of products and squads
• Train and coach teams on automation standards
• Define and disseminate automation best practices
• Audit automated testing strategies
• Lead committees and coordinate various stakeholders
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize delivery flows
• Expert: Automation tools (Playwright, Appium, Bruno), languages (TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python), JIRA / Xray and their use with automation
• Advanced: CI/CD (GitLab CI), modern architectures (micro-services, REST API, containers, Docker), automated mobile tests iOS and Android (SauceLabs)
• Agile Practices: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• TDD / BDD Approach, Page Object Model
• Software Quality Management and Test Metrics
