Wetterskip Fryslân is looking for a Test Coordinator to manage the testing of a new Maintenance Management System (OMS) and Geographic Information System (GIS) implementation, including data migration.
Project overview
Assignment at Wetterskip Fryslân for the implementation of a new Maintenance Management System (OMS) and Geographic Information System (GIS), including migration of asset, object, and geo data.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Setting up the integrated test strategy, test approach, and test planning
- Coordinating and monitoring all test activities within OMS, GIS, data migrations, and system integrations
- Developing test scenarios and test scripts based on management, maintenance, asset management, and geo-information processes
- Setting up and managing functional tests, integration tests, migration tests, and user acceptance tests
- Preparing and guiding key users, administrators, and process owners
- Monitoring the quality, completeness, and reliability of migrated asset, object, and geo data
- Coordinating the control of interfaces and data exchange between OMS, GIS, and data platform
- Setting up the process for recording findings and ensuring their timely resolution by suppliers
- Identifying risks to quality and interdependencies, with advice on appropriate control measures
- Supporting the project manager in decision-making regarding releases and go/no-go moments
- HBO or WO diploma
- Minimum of three years of experience as a test coordinator within complex ICT implementation projects
- Knowledge of data quality and migration of asset, object, and/or geographic data
- Experience with integrated chain testing where process, system, data, and integrations are tested jointly
- Experience with setting up and guiding user acceptance tests
- Experience with validating the coherence between asset data, object registrations, geo data, system integrations, and maintenance processes within an integrated OMS/GIS environment
- Experience in projects with multiple involved suppliers
- Preferably experience with the implementation of an OMS, EAM, or asset management system
- Preferably experience with the implementation of a GIS solution
- Preferably experience with agile/scrum project environments
