Together with network operators and other parties in the energy sector, you work on the digital backbone of the energy transition. With your experience in test coordination, you ensure that complex chains function reliably and that critical programs are delivered on time and with quality.

For the Time of Use (ToU) program, we are looking for an interim Test Coordinator who will manage chain-wide tests involving multiple teams, systems, and external parties. This directly contributes to a stable and future-proof energy market.

Within Time of Use, you will work on one of the important changes within the energy sector. The challenge lies not only in testing systems but primarily in organizing and coordinating tests across the entire chain. You bring together teams, Product Owners, network operators, and suppliers and ensure that dependencies are identified and resolved in a timely manner. You have the opportunity to establish a professional chain testing approach from the ground up, directly influencing the quality and progress of a sector-wide change program.

• Interview moments Tuesday afternoon October 13 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM. Thursday afternoon October 15 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
• Develop and maintain integrated test plans for ToU.
• Determine the test approach, scope, and chain scenarios in collaboration with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and program management.
• Coordinate test data, test environments, and other prerequisites for successful test execution.
• Develop and manage an integrated test plan across multiple teams and chain partners.
• Coordinate with ARTs, Scrum teams, network operators, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate test starts, progress meetings, and daily alignment moments.
• Identify, analyze, and escalate risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate integration, acceptance, and chain tests.
• Monitor the quality of test results and the follow-up of findings.
• Support regression and re-testing.
• Report on progress, quality, risks, and findings.
• Provide input for Go/No-Go decision-making and program control.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in test processes, reporting, and chain metrics.
• Organizing complex chain tests involving multiple parties.
• Creating an overview in a dynamic environment with many dependencies.
• Switching between strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
• Resolving test blockages and achieving progress.
• Collaborating with different disciplines and organizations.
• Improving test processes and quality assurance.

• HBO or WO work and thinking level.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Test Coordinator, Test Manager, or similar role.
• Experience with complex integration, acceptance, and chain testing.
• Experience with testing in an Agile or SAFe environment.
• Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management across organizational boundaries.
• Experience with developing test plans, test scenarios, and test reports.
• Knowledge of test methodologies such as TMap, ISTQB, or similar frameworks.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience within the energy or utilities sector is a pré.
