Project:

For our client, a public institution in the security or police environment, we are looking for an experienced Test Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring complex testing activities in an agile setup, ensuring high software quality together with the business departments and IT.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for test management in demanding IT projects in the police or security environment
• Planning, conception, and coordination of all test phases (system test, integration test, acceptance test, regression test)
• Development, further development, and control of test strategies and test concepts in an agile environment
• Close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Business Departments for quality assurance of requirements
• Risk and defect management, including prioritization, tracking, and reporting to stakeholders

• Very good knowledge in the conception, planning, and control of test activities in complex, distributed system landscapes

• At least 1 year of in-depth experience using Xray as a test management tool
• Experience in the police environment is desirable
• German fluent (C1 / C2 level)
• English business fluent (B2 level)
