• Holistic conception, establishment, and operational control of a company-wide test management approach from SIT and UAT to end-to-end tests;
• Selection and introduction of pragmatic test and defect tracking tools, as well as control of test environments and test data flows;
• Technical leadership of cross-functional test teams, control of defect processes, and creation of KPI dashboards for steering committees;
• Creation of sustainable regression test concepts and structured handover of test artifacts and processes to the future operational organization.
