Tester / Test Automator (f/m/d) in the Financial Services Environment

Project overview

For our client in the financial services sector, we are looking for a Tester / Test Automator (f/m/d) to support an existing team.

A candidate is sought who can independently plan, execute, and document functional tests, preferably with initial experience in the banking environment. Furthermore, experience in the test automation environment / initial development experience would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execution of manual functional and technical tests
• Creation, maintenance, and further development of test cases
• Analysis of requirements and derivation of test scenarios
• Documentation of test results and errors
• Tracking of defects in Jira
• Close cooperation with business departments, developers, and business analysts
• Support with integration and regression tests
• Creation of automated tests

Requirements

• Residence in Cologne, Cologne-Bonn, or the immediate vicinity
• Initial experience in manual software testing
• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Structured and independent way of working
• Very good German language skills
• Strong communication and team orientation
• Knowledge of test automation
