We are looking for a Tester/Test Automator for a client in the financial services sector to support an existing team. The candidate should independently plan, execute, and document functional tests, preferably with initial experience in the banking environment.

For our client in the financial services sector, we are looking for a Tester / Test Automator (f/m/d) to support an existing team.
A candidate is sought who can independently plan, execute, and document functional tests, preferably with initial experience in the banking environment. Furthermore, experience in the test automation environment / initial development experience would be desirable.
Responsibilities
- Execution of manual functional and technical tests
- Creation, maintenance, and further development of test cases
- Analysis of requirements and derivation of test scenarios
- Documentation of test results and errors
- Tracking of defects in Jira
- Close cooperation with business departments, developers, and business analysts
- Support with integration and regression tests
- Creation of automated tests
Requirements
- Residence in Cologne, Cologne-Bonn, or the immediate vicinity
- Initial experience in manual software testing
- Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Structured and independent way of working
- Very good German language skills
- Strong communication and team orientation
- Knowledge of test automation
