We are looking for a dedicated and experienced MEP Site Manager for an exciting project in Cologne! You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for site supervision on behalf of the general contractor. With an impressive volume of 12 million Euros, we offer you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in a challenging environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervision and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services in the HVAC / Electrical fields
• Collaboration with the general contractor and other project stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets
• Documentation and reporting of project progress

Requirements

You have a passion for site management and technical building services. Ideally, you have already gained experience in similar projects and are ready to take responsibility.
