TGA Construction Management

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced TGA Construction Manager for a demanding construction project in Cologne. You will be part of a dynamic team as a freelancer and will take over site supervision on behalf of the general contractor. The project has a volume of 12 million euros, thus offering an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in a challenging environment.

Your main tasks include the supervision and coordination of technical building equipment (TGA) in the areas of HVAC and electrical engineering. You will work closely with the general contractor and other project participants to ensure smooth project execution. Furthermore, you will be responsible for adhering to schedules and budgets, as well as for the documentation and reporting of project progress.

We expect you to have extensive experience in TGA construction management and proven success in similar projects. You should have a high degree of personal responsibility and be able to coordinate and monitor complex processes.

The commitment is designed for 3 days per week on-site and runs until summer 2027.
