Seeking a TGA Project Engineer for data center construction to manage and coordinate technical building services, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence.
Project overview
Planning, coordination, and implementation of TGA trades in data center construction.
Review and optimization of technical concepts, planning documents, and specifications.
Monitoring of construction execution regarding quality, costs, and deadlines.
Creation of technical documentation as well as regular project status reports.
Requirements
Several years of experience in the planning and realization of data center projects.
Experience in both technical planning and construction management or supervision of TGA projects.
Sound knowledge in the areas of HVAC, fire protection, electrical engineering, building automation, as well as critical infrastructure.
Knowledge in the areas of fire protection, building automation, and critical infrastructure.
Proficient handling of relevant standards and guidelines.
Experience with commissioning, commissioning, and acceptance of technical systems in highly available infrastructures.
