GFN GmbH is seeking freelance trainers for courses on Artificial Intelligence, particularly in Office Management, to be delivered nationwide. The role involves imparting knowledge on various AI and Microsoft 365 topics to adult learners.

As an educational provider with IT specialization, GFN GmbH supports people nationwide in their further training and professional reorientation.
For courses in the field of Artificial Intelligence, including Office Management, we are looking for trainers nationwide on a freelance basis.
Responsibilities
Knowledge transfer on topics including:
Qualification
- AI in everyday office life and prompting
- Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365
- Excel automations in everyday office life
- Digital work organization with Microsoft 365
- Copilot in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Outlook and Teams: Communication and organization
- Legal aspects of AI use
- Power Automate in the digital office
- Practical application
- Digital collaboration and information management
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365
- Teaching experience in adult education, ideally in the subsidized education sector (proof required)
- Proven pedagogical-didactic suitability through the IHK trainer aptitude test (AEVO) or the willingness to obtain such proof.
- Relevant practical experience in Office Management and with the use of AI tools
- Further training certificates/certifications in the field of Microsoft Office, e.g., Microsoft Office Specialist, ICDL, XPERT, or similar certificates
- Further training certificates/certifications in the field of Artificial Intelligence
- You are not afraid of heterogeneous groups
- You are willing to continuously educate yourself
